Main Responsibilities: 1.Identify & develop profitable growth opportunities in Japan Market 2.Establish essential contacts & build up constructive relationship / partnership with key customers, traders, associations /institutions 3.To ensure that sales targets are achieved, overall sales budget operation costs are well monitored and controlled, stock levels are appropriate 4.To identify new product /category opportunities and initiate market studies for new products and application and monitor competitions' activities and strategies in Japan Market 5.To gather, analyze, organize, record and manage all market intelligence, both qualitative and quantitative & to prepare timely and effective reports on market / customer information on a regular basis 6.Collect and report about customers monthly rolling-forecasts & logistics support if necessary 7.Coordinate with various cross-functional departments to ensure all parties, and objectives of the job scope met 8.Responsible for sales, account receivable management
Qualifications & Experience: 1. Min 2 years’ work experience in Electron industry and preferable with the connector products background. 2.Excellent in people communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hardworking 3.Must have high independence to deliver results, but also a team-player to share ideas 4.Able to work in a complex environment and under high pressure 5.Able to work under high workloads with good organizational skills 6. Someone who comes from Japan and has the Bachelor degree or above 7. Basic business English communication skills
