Finally the rainy season has finished, but now it's the beginning
of August. The atomic bomb fell in Hiroshima City on August 6,
64 years ago. After that, atomic and hydrogen bombs have never
fallen in the world.

Nuclear weapons have huge destructive power and influence of
radioactive fallout has continued for a long time. Every year
I have seen the sight of Hiroshima City on August 6, 1945.

I think that it's a kind of sightseeing, but it's different
obviously. I have heard the story of Hiroshima City that was
atom-bombed, but I can't have reality of the fact.

I can't understand things that I haven't been experienced.
Pain of other people is not mine, and pain has been forgotten
gradually.

Now Hiroshima City is peaceful and prosperous, but only
the Atomic Bomb Memorial Dome has showed me what happened
on August 6, 1945. We must accept the fate, but we must
work to get better life and peace. The Dome has taught us
the truth of the Universe.
