Anyway it's the same thing.

From the beginning I have doubts why the Department of

Of course it's not necessary that the Department of
Posts and Telecommunications has the function of banking
and life insurance, but mail must be administered
by the nation.

The balance can't decide all economic problems.
The people must pay tax, and so the nation must have
many public works. One of them is mail.

Mail must be in the red, but it's necessary for the people.
The Liberal Democratic Party has governed Japan during
too long time. History has always changed.

Soon or later the change of power will happen.
I don't know whether the Democratic Party of Japan will
be able to govern this country very well.

But even if the result will be bad, we need the political
system of the two big parties from now.
It's important that the people can choose different
political parties.
