===== I took an exam about Information Technology today. I did it last year, but unfortunately I failed. I passed two of the three parts, but the last part, my short essay, was not good enough to pass. I should have worked hard this year, but I did not. I was so sorry for not studying hard, but it's my fault. So I decided to go and take the exam whether I passed or not. =====
I decided to go and take the exam whether I would pass or not.
が、"whether I pass pr not."
"I was not sure"や"I think"を入れたほうが
"I was not sure if I would pass or not."
I was not sureをつけることでwouldが使えるようになるのか、

I decide to take it whether I pass or not.
