I introduce sushi. Sushi is very famous Japanese food in the world. it is a food made of vinegared rice combined with various toppings or fillings.
There are various types of sushi. Nigiri-zushi,it is the most typical form of sushi. Makizushi,it is wrapped in nori, a sheet of dried pressed laver. In addition, there are Chirashi-zushi,Inari-zushi,and so forth.
Japanese people often eat Sushi. But,not every day because it is a little expensive. We also eat it when happiness happens. Because,it is a dish of congratulation.
There are traditional Sushi bars and revolving sushi restaurants in Japan. In a traditional sushi bar,a cook makes sushi immediately before we eat it. But in a revolving sushi restaurant, many dishes of Sushi are moving beforehand by a belt conveyer. Because it is easy and the price is also low, it is popular.
最後の
>Please eat Sushi when you come to Japan.
は、私だったら
Please try sushi if you have a chance.
にするかな。いまや寿司レストランは世界中にもありますし(笑)。あと、Please tryの方が礼儀正しく聞こえるかもしれません(^^)。
Sushi bar よりも Sushi restaurant のほうが自然な気がします。
あと、In a traditional sushi bar,a cook makes sushi immediately after you order.のほうがわかりやすい気がします。
カウンターに座って食べる、といった内容を付け足すとより感じがでて伝えやすいかもしれませんね。

How often? Well, it depends on people, and occasion. Sushi originally started in Edo era around bra century, as a form of fast-food. There still are a lot of sushi bars for quick lunch and dinner, typically rotating(revolving) sushi restaurant. In order to provide sushi at low price, the belt conveyer, instead of waiters, will bring sushi. Maybe it's very good children's attraction, and even for adults. But there are also expensive type of sushi. At parties and ceremonies, the people celebrate happiness with sushi. People either go to a nice sushi bar, or order delivery. Also on business and political invitation, people often want to invite their important guests to a "non-rotative" sushi.
