ロンドンに留学しているのですが、今日本に帰ってきているので部屋が空いています。そこで、部屋を貸し出したいと考えています。
場所もセントラルに近く、値段も安くなっているので、非常によい物件だと思います。
One medium size Bed Room in a clean flat closed to Mornington Crescent Tube Station.
The flat has an excellent location: just 3 mins walk away from Mornington Crescent tube station, 10 mins walk to Camden Town and Warren Street tube station. Also there are good bus links to Central London: 10 mins bus ride to Tottenham Court Road, 5 mins ride to King's Cross.
A large supermarket(Sainsbury's), as well as a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and a cinema are all within a short walking distance.
The flat has 4 bed rooms, kitchen, one bath room (separate from a toilet), one toilet and some storage.
I'm gonna move to the flat with my friend (male) and looking for flat-mates to live with. We are Art and Design students who study at Central Saint Martins (we both are Japanese).
The room is big and furnished and has clean wooden floor .
But there are so many furniture in the room now and they make the room look smaller that's why we are thinking about throwing some of them away and get new ones suitable to the room when we move, so that the room is gonna be more spacious.
Also we are thinking about painting the whole flat white. The flat is gonna be better than in photographs.
