4月11日の同窓会のご案内です。今年は100周年に当ることもあって、盛大に開催したいと思って、いろいろイベントの案を練っております。お忙しい中、ぜひともスケジュールを調整していただいて、奮ってご参加ください！！
CAAA Japan Chapter Executive Meeting Minutes
Date: 15:00 – 17:00, Saturday, February 7, 2009
Venue: Tokyo American Club (TAC) in Shinagawa
Attendees: K Tominaga, T. Kuranishi, M. Ito, A. Hayashi, C. Mori (minutes)
Agenda:
1. Organization and appointment of officers
2. 2009 Alumni Reunion/UC Davis Centennial Picnic Day
3. Miscellaneous
1. Organization and appointment of new officers:
A. Nomori will join the Nishi-Nihon Chapter officer members in April, 2009. All officers will attend the chapter executive meetings. However, in case if officer cannot attend the meeting, he or she will read the meeting minutes and confirm/seek for explanation as needed.
2. 2009 4th Alumni Reunion
H. Komiyama, President of Tokyo University, could not be reached, and will be replaced with F. Ishii.
The presentation material for general meeting will be drafted by T. Kuranishi, and will include: 1. Organogram, 2. 2008 activities including mini symposium at Hosei University and Osaka event, and 3. decision on not to establish the Japan chapter as a corporation.
To avoid loosing alumni members contact, e-mail addresses will be collected at the general meeting using index cards.
