On behalf of the Chapman Alumni Association, I am delighted to share that we will be holding an international reception in Singapore on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

This event is your opportunity to interact with other international alumni, families and friends as well as learn the latest news about Chapman University. I truly hope that you will consider joining us at The American Club, a resort and spa conveniently located in the heart of the city (see map and directions). You are welcome to include your family as well as invite any friends who may be interested in learning more about Chapman University. Please register online by Wednesday, March 14. Registration is required for entry to The American Club.

If you are not able to attend the reception, I'd still very much like to have the opportunity to meet you. Please let me know if are interested by replying to this e-mail.

Dear Noriaki,

When I sent you the e-mail earlier, I forgot to mention that I have not yet finalized my international travel plans.

If you cannot make it to Singapore for the reception, then perhaps I might travel to Japan so we can visit. I'd need to secure permission from the university, but please let me know if you are interested.
