The visit is easy and fun! The project starts 15 June – 22 June, 2007. You can do it on weekdays or weekends whenever it suits your schedule! Role play: You are interested in buying a new piece of high quality luggage, but you are not familiar with the concept/products sold. We will ask you to focus on product knowledge and approach one of the sales persons. No purchase is required. The questionnaire is in English and has to be filled in online.
