CNN Security ( ) is talking about the plot to attack tunnels in New York City.

( ) official says that the plot has been foiled and there is no immediate thread. One suspect is under arrest in Lebanon.

CNN's Alan (Chenof) In New York reports blowing up the Holland Tunnel would be difficult.

"Holland Tunnel of course is extending underneath the Hudson River connecting Manhattan to New Jersey. Uh but at it's deepest point, that tunnel is 93 feet down below the river; it is protected by concrete, it is also protected by cast, iron, steel. Inside of the tunnel there are cameras every 200 feet or so; every inch of that tunnel can be observed."

In London this morning, 2 minutes of silence to remember the 52 victims of the subway bombing one year ago today.
