My apologies to those who found the language in "FuK the Police/Racism!"a bit vulgar, it was very reactive writing out of frustration and fired up emotion and slightly tainted psyche . It may have not been the best way to present the situation or the Topic , but The topic(s) here are quite simple, but I am sorry if I wasn't clear enough . THe topic(s) RACISM, VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS, EQUALITY, SECURITY, etc pull any other topics out if you wish. Even though we are HALF JAPANESE, we are still GAIJIN. This has positive and negative aspects as I am sure we have all experienced here in Japan. My main point is that there are some very fishy Police tactics towards Foreigners in Japan , and that we should be aware of this because you NEVER KNOW when something might happen. I know this is not anything new nor do I feel as if I am the only person who has ever had such an experience. In fact there are even worse cases here and all over the world. But this is 2007! not 1945 or 1775 or 666. It is 2007 almost 2008! Racism shouldn't exist to this extent in this day and age, should it ?
A definite GLOBAL SCANDAL. Maybe I am trying to live in a ideal world, but my question: What do you do? Do you pretend like nothing happens and go on like everything is dandy and pretty and normal???Or do something about? I think I will choose to do something about it because I don't want the same thing to happen to others, and I would like to make and effort to make some improvements towards unlawful tactics performed by some Police in Japan.
