最寄り駅は地下鉄GreenラインのLiceu駅（駅より徒歩1分）
バルセロナの目抜き通り、ランブラス通りやリセウ劇場から
徒歩1分という、グッドロケーションです。
普通にホテルやドミトリーに泊まってバルセロナを観光というよりも、
まるで地元の人のように、バルセロナに住んでいるような感覚で
滞在してみたいという方におすすめの宿です。
アパート自体は大きくはありませんが、2ベッドルームとサロンがあり、
小さなお部屋のほうを1泊20ユーロでお貸しします。
サロンやキッチン、バスルームやトイレは部屋の持ち主である
Arturo（アルトゥーロ）との共同になります。
お部屋の持ち主、Arturo（アルトゥーロ）は広告代理店勤務。
日本語はしゃべれませんが（ただいま勉強中）、スペイン語と英語を話します。
平日は仕事をしているので、観光にはお付き合いできませんが、
とても親切でフレンドリーな人なので、観光ポイントのアドバイスや
手助けをしてくれたり、近所のバーに飲みに連れて行ってくれたりしますよ。

シンプルでとても清潔感のあるアパートです。
エアポートバスの発着所であるプラザ･カタルーニャや
MACBAやCCCB、ピカソ美術館などへも徒歩でほぼ10分圏内という
観光客に人気のあるエリア。スーパーマーケットもすぐ近くにあるので
キッチンで自炊も可能です。

come and live the city it in a different way.
here is the deal, i rent you a room for 20€ night (including breakfast)
and you can stay in my place during your holidays.
when I travel alone, I prefer to find one place as my base to move
from and get a real feel of the city, feel it's rhythm,
join its motion and integrate with its people.
That's why I want to rent part of my apartment: for you it's a window
into the real barcelona and for me a wonderful chance to meet
new people from around the world.
I'm not going to take you to monuments or museums,
the tourist attractions are on your own time.
but I'll help you live the real city life, just like any local would.
I'll invite you to a party with my friends, for a drink in a local bar
or to simply join me in whatever real-life plan I have during your stay.
so you can still make your own routes, but at the same time you can
get in touch with local people and live the local experience.
the flat is very well located: 1 minute walking distance from La Rambla, behind the opera house "Teatre Liceu", very close to the beach,
museums such as the MACBA, CCCB, Picasso Museum,
and the the subway just 2 minutes away from home.
i live in a small flat, it's not luxury by any means.
But I think it's comfortable enough to live, rest, prepare some food,
read, work, watch a movie or have a dinner party with friends, ...
