通信ディプロマシーコミュのPlayers Points

無限回廊に続いてMOEでもポイントを付けるようですが、
どうせなら世界大会（World Diplomacy Convention）で使われている
世界標準（Modified Squares）に統一致しませんか？

Scoring system: Modified Squares
1) A solo scores 75 points.
2) Draws are scored by calculating p = c^2 + 4c + 16 for each player,
　　where c is the number of centres they held at the end of the game. Each player
　　scores 100 * p / (sum of p for all seven players on the board)
3) Eliminated players score 0.1 * (y - 1900), where y is the year they were
　　eliminated. Losers to a solo score as if eliminated in the year of the solo.

Modified Squaresは、
・完全勝利や他国を滅ぼすとポイントが大きく成ります。
・都市数も反映されます。
・少しでも長生きするとポイントが若干増えます。

国内とは英仏が逆の様です。内外共、独は想像以上の強国でした。

今気付いたんですが、これって国力 18 に到達した国があると他は全て滅亡国と同じ扱いなんですね。eliminated の意味を理解していませんでした。
