とっても人懐っこくて心が広いイタリア人の友達がフラットメイトを探していて彼女に替わって掲載させてもらいました。

The house is lovely and it consists of 2 double rooms, living room, cellar, 1 bathroom, kitchen and an amazing garden. Also she have 2 beautiful cats: django and nuvola!
I'm searching a japanese girl that wants to move to london soon.
I am only considering professional japanese girls. who is quiet, tidy and friendly.

Deposit is 1200£ and it will probably need to do a new contract.
At the moment the rent of the whole house is 1375£ + bills.
that mean 687,50£ per room.
