hello everyone.

my wife and i are soon to be moving to japan for at least a year. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas about finding a place to live in tokyo. when we arrive we will be staying with her parents, but that is in the west and i will be working in tokyo. i hear that it's difficult for westerners, even with a japanese spouse, can find it tricky to find a decent place to live.

we don't want to live in a gaijin house or anything like that. maybe a serviced appartment or similar in central tokyo area.

if anyone has had experience with this, i would really appreciate some good advice!!!
