→自転車で、代官山、恵比寿、原宿、下北も１０分以内）
☆家賃．．．５．５万＋光熱費 ５千円前後
※初期費用：デポジットとして家賃1ヵ月分必要。（減価償却費）
☆間取り．．．２ＤＫ（２部屋、ＤＫユニットバス）
全て４．５畳、フローリング。お貸しする部屋は、若干広いです。
ベランダ、専用屋上付き。お互いの部屋は仕切りがあり、どちらかもベランダ利用可能なセパレートタイプ。
→但し、屋根裏部屋的構造で収納等狭いので、お荷物の少ない方向き。家電は大体揃っています。
又、エアコンが私の部屋にだけあるので、利用時は仕切りを開けて共有する形です。
マスコミ関係の仕事の為、家に不在がちなのと、仕事やプライベート等気が合う仲間と
