緑なドイツで細々と暮らしてるまゆです。
猪木おいちゃんでテンション上げてみたところ、
上がりすぎて、あたしの今のバックミュージックはロッキーです。
アゴを伸ばしていいものか、パーカーを深く被って素振りした方がいいものか思案中です。
そんなことを言いたいのではなく、ただの告知です。
イーストビレッジ在住の友達より下記のメールを受けました。

Hey All,
After 3 1/2 years in the East Village, I'll be giving Brooklyn a shot and am therefore moving out of my current spot. Should you or anybody you know be looking for a new home, please let me know (if you feel like it, forward this to your friends).
The Room is available March 1, 2009.
A little info on the room and the apartment:
- Building overlooks a community garden and is just a block away
from Tompkins Square Park.
- Area is safe and quiet!
- Located in the East Village on Avenue C and 9th St. close to tons
of bars and great restaurants.
- Second floor walk-up
Apartment has:
- Great patio overlooking community garden (Great for BBQs in the Summer)
- WiFi Internet
- Flatscreen TV
- Dishwasher
- Common apartment space is fully furnished
- The Room itself does not come with a bed or mattres (as I am taking mine). It has a closet and shelves though, and I may be leaving a dresser and couch (I have not decided that yet though)
- all rooms have ACs
Building has:
- Laundry downstairs
- Rooftop access
Costs:
You will be added to the lease, so you'll have to supply the
landlord with all of the necessary paperwork, etc. (However, there may be the possibility of an initial 2 months sublet until April 30)
- Rent is $1067 (gas + water included)
- Security deposit ($2134). In addition a $50 credit check required
by landlord
- Additional monthly costs less than a $75 (electricity and internet)
