オバマ大統領にtweetした同趣旨をFacebookで投稿し直しました。Twitterより文字数制限が少ないので多少マシになったかも。「オバマ大統領にtweetしてみました」トピは削除しました。
これで…通じますよね？こちらでは一応、固有名詞は伏字にしました。

Hi JB. I'm Xxxx Xxxx living in Xxxxx Japan. I visited LA and LV on last October and it was so happy days 'cause the customs officer, busman, policeman, all of people were kind and reliable.
I have many friends living in CA and I love CA, all the more I have a question for you.

In CA, there're not a little Japanese residents prescribed medical marijuana, and/or visitors from Japan bringing along prescription and referral made written by Japan proper MD.
However, Japan MHLW put forward no any administration's view about this case, excepts to say "Don't even think about it!".
There're people sure to need medical marijuana in Japan too, as in CA. For ex, Asthma, Glaucoma, Crohn's disease, etc.
On the other hand, at a time in the past on a TV program covering medical marijuana and/or Amsterdam Coffeeshop, Japan MHLW officer stated that Japan domestic Cannabis Control Law is legally in force for any Japanese citizens even if we're out of Japan.
I mean, as-is, as a matter of logic, it may be said that CA govt aids and abets Japanese citizens to violate Japan domestic Cannabis Control Law, who're residents and/or visitors for medical purposes.

Can I hear your comments about my concern about medical marijuana for Japanese?
