バス、トイレ別。共有部に基本電化製品有、使用可。

月額40,000～50,000円（水道光熱費込）
前受金不要
12月中旬から入居可能
短期、長期ともに可能
部屋内禁煙

10F southeast corner room in 10 story apartment house (reformed in 2007).

Private room (90 or 70 square feet).
Each room has a south window, balcony, flooring, air conditioner, and closet space (15 square feet) in each room.
Bath and rest room are separate and they are shared.

There are basic electrical appliances in the common space, and you will be able to use them.

【lease term】
40,000-50,000yen / per a month (include utilities).
Deposit is not required.
The room become available in middle of December.
Both a short term and a long term are possible.
No smoking in room.
I want you come to see the room beforehand.
