Top menu > Help > Getting Stared
And there is a printed manual in Final Cut Studio package, too.
There are over two hundred pages.

When you run Final Cut Pro on Japanese language, you can change to English version. You can turn off Japanese from Final Cut Pro.app information.
Go to Application folder > Final Cut Pro > right click (or Control + Clik) > 情報を見る > 言語 > un check "Japanese".
