サッチャーさんは、現在病気療養中とお聞きしていますので、ロンドンのサッチャー事務所の方が代筆していただいたのだと思います。
Dear Mr. Genichiro Ueyama and all his students at Hello Guide Academy,
As the honorary adviser, I have enjoyed my association with Hello Guide Academy since 1994. You kindly invited me even 6 times to your wonderful events where I had pleasure of giving lectures and mixing with many of you.
It is very sad to see Hello Guide Academy close after so many years of glorious achievements. You have certainly contributed very much to the education of “global citizens”.
I wish good luck to all of you in the future.
