アメリカ人の友人が９月頭に帰国するので、冷蔵庫を売りたいそうです。
来週の月曜日からエレベーターが工事に入るので使用できません。なので、今週の日曜（３日）夜までに彼女の家まで引き取りに来ていただける方がいましたらお願い致します。
大きめの冷蔵庫ですが、男性２〜３人くらいで持てると思います。

It was a goodprice for a fridge this size. I'm moving sooner than planned and need to sell it.

It comes with an extension de garantie/extended warranty that newowners can use.
The original cost of the guarantee was 89euros. (I believe this is for 5 years starting from the purchase date, November2008).
As of Monday, 4 August, the elevator in the building will not beworking and it would be difficult to move from the 5th floorapartment.

A sale before then would be great!
