The first Saturday of each month is Seidokan aikido's beginner's day. Anyone is welcome: men or women, any age, any body shape!
Class is from 1 to 3pm in Itabashi-ku and is held in English (Japanese people with reasonable English listening skills are welcome too).
There is no charge for the class (use of the sports center is 310 yen).
The group currently has a good mix of male and female participants, and a wide range of nationalities.
