Anyone interested in living 10 min away from Grossmont College??
We (me and my roommate) are trying to kick our other roommate out, simply because she does not pay rent.
If you are a responsible person, (meaning pay bills on time) we have a room for you!!
Our condo is 3 bedroom, it is located near Santee Transit Center, it is a very nice, and safe place to live!!
the rent is 490+ 1/3 Utilities.
I am Japanese, and so is my roommate.
