こんにちは！おそくなってすみません、７月１日に行った話し合いの内容です！
?夏休みの活動内容
夏休みは定期活動は無し。その代わりに毎週木曜日にイベントをやる。

イベント内容はまだ未定ですが、今のところ映画やクルージング、花火などの案が出ています。
１４日前後に、泊まりでのイベントも企画します。今のところ、詳細は未定です。
これのほかにも、料理会したり、TOEIC勉強したりは定期イベントのほかにやると思います。
後期勧誘は、９月にスタート！
?幹部交代について
基本、秋からは２年生がメインになって、３年はサポートに回るような感じで活動。幹部交代は１２月。
?新入生勧誘について
新歓を取り仕切ってくれる人
日本人：エミ ネイティブ：フィル
新歓に関して詳しいことは決まっていません。上の二人が中心になって夏休み後半から話し合いを始めます。詳しいことはそこでみんなで決めることになりました。
?サークルの方針について
活動日は増やさない。月曜、木曜日に活動する。
曜日にネイティブにきて英語を教えてもらうorネイティブに日本語を教える、案も出ました。今のところ保留です。
理想人数は、日本人３０ネイティブ１０程度という意見が多かったです。アットホームな雰囲気が良い。その為にも、後期勧誘では一二年生の日本人１０人程度、ネイティブ１０人程度を加入させる（レギュラーで来てくれる）ことを目標に。
皆がサークルに求めるものは、さまざまな国籍・人種・年齢の人とコミュニケーションをとりながら、楽しむことということでした。加えて語学力の向上。アカデミックな活動はあまり重視しない方向です。

At present, ideas such as the movie, party on ship, and fireworks have come out, but the content of the event is still undecided.
The event in staying is planned on around the 14th. At present, details are undecided.
Cooking, studying for TOEIC are planned besides this, and I think that it does besides a regular event.
The solicitation at latter term starts in September.
?About executive alternation
Sophomore becomes a main from autumn. Junior support them. The executive alternation is December.
?About new student solicitation
Person who presides over new
Japanese: Emi Native : Phil
Details are not decided now . Two become centers. The discussion is started in the latter half of summer vacation. Everyone will decide details there.
?About the policy of circle
The activity day is not increased. It acts at Monday and Thursday. The idea to teach Japanese to foreign students and teach English to Japanese came out. At present, it is a reservation.
There were a lot of opinions that 30 Japanese 10 natives is good . The homelike atmosphere is good. Therefore, aiming at make about ten natives and Japanese join in the latter term solicitation (Come by regular) is nice .
What everyone request to this circle is to enjoy while taking communications with the person of various nationality, race, and ages. Additionally, improvement of language ability. An academic activity is a direction not so valued.
