We have examined the sign-in dates for your account. An extended period of inactivity on this account has caused the loss of your e-mail messages. Windows Live Hotmail accounts are put into an inactive state if they are not accessed at least one time every 120 days.
When an account is marked inactive, all the e-mail messages and the contacts in the account are deleted. However, the account name is retained for an additional 90 days. You can reactivate your Windows Live account during that period by signing in to the account through http://mail.live.com, but your e-mail messages and contacts cannot be retrieved.
