The Aussie Embassy and APS Japan Crikey, Struth, By Jingoes, Cor Blimey. Sunset Drive at the Aussie Embassy Tokyo.
Last night Sunset Drive invaded the Aussie Embassy's annual Summer Party and laid them low with some Aussie hits, and then snuck a few of our own in.
"Once a jolly swagman sat beside the billabong, Under the shade of a coulibah tree....etc. Included in the set was some Midnight Oil, Powder Finger, John Butler and of course Australia's greatest ever NZ band Crowded House.
It was a great night, I think. At least, I had a great time. Ate some meat, drunk some drink, talked Cricket and International marriages. Apparently there are presently loads of Japanese girls pregnant and living in Melbourne.........by jeez, by jingo, by crikey.
Also, the ASP Japan (Association of Surfing Professionals) is currently holding the Murasaki Pro long board event, and is using Sunset Drive as the sound track to their Clips. Take a look.
