今年最後のトピックは、今年を振り返ってです。

"According to you, if you look back this year, how was it for you?"

このような質問でのでだしは、このような言い方が始めやすいと思います。

As I look back this year, I was/had ・・・
今年を振り返ると、私は・・・

皆さんにとって、今年はどのような年でしたか。今年を振り返るといろいろあったのではないでしょうか。私の１年はこんな感じでした。

As I look back this year, I was very busy because of the work. This summer, I opened the second office, and I spent the most of my time to prepare for it. And also the new project started just one month ago. This program is for university students who want to improve their English and who want to have confident when they speak in front of people such as making the speech or making the presentation. So I dedicated this year for work.
For 2009, I would like to spend my time to travel in Japan when or if I get vacation. And I would love to go snowboarding as many as I could.
