NHK documented the recently established social business company, "Grameen YukiGuni Maitake" activities which grows Mung beans in Bangladesh and have them exported to Japan to produce sprout (Moyashi). Grameen Technology Lab in Kyushu is partly involved. Watch, if you have the time and interest.
