I'm a Japanese female and a junior in an University in Tokyo.
Today, I have one thing i wanna ask to all of members.
I have a friend who is from Indonesia and 24 yrs old.
He graduated from an University in London
and he moved to Japan to find a job last winter.
He wanna have a job in Japan
and he are serching for companies he matches desperately while he is going to Japanese language school.
But it seems to it's difficult to find them
coz he cannot read difficult Kanji and
he doesn't know how to get a job in Japan well.
And i have never experienced the job hunting.
How many people who are working in Japan are in this group??
If you have some idea and advice to find and get a job
in japan, please tell me.....!!!

if you want more workers!

私は今、インドネシア人の友達がいます。
彼は24歳で、ロンドンの大学を卒業したあと、

日本語はとても上手です。
今、日本語学校にいきながら、仕事をさがしています。
しかし、インターネットで調べていても、難しい漢字がたくさんありすぎて理解できないことや日本でどういうふうに仕事を得ればいいか、その方法がわからないためつらそうです。
私も大学3年生なので、まだ就職活動の方法が
いまいちわかっていません。
このグループの中に何人の人が日本で働いているでしょうか。
その人たちはどのように仕事をえましたか？
その方法や、よいサイト、またあなたの会社で人手が足りないなど、日本で仕事をえるためのアドバイスやアイディアが
あれば教えてください。
