「地球環境」をテーマとした、アジア・オセアニアの優れた作品を
1992年から紹介してきた「EARTH VISION 地球環境映像祭」。
今年度の第14回の作品募集が8月31日に締切となります。
作品のテーマは「地球環境」。
アジア・オセアニア在住の制作者から作品を募る、
今までのコンペティション部門に加え、
今年から「子どものための環境映像部門」を新たに設け、
この部門では、全世界を対象に作品を募集します。

------------------■テーマと応募条件■------------------
テーマは「地球環境」に関するもの。
【コンペティション部門】
応募資格は、製作者が日本を含むアジア、オセアニア地域（ポリネシア諸島を含む）に在住していることで、国籍、プロ・アマチュアを問いません。また、作品のジャンルも問いません。なお、原則として2004年以降に完成の作品に限ります。
【子どものための環境映像部門】
応募資格は、その作品が「子どものため」の映像であることのみ。製作者の国籍、プロ・アマチュアを問いません（注：コンペティション部門と異なり、アジア、オセアニア地域以外からの応募も受け付けます）。また、作品のジャンルや完成年度も問いません。
両部門への重複応募も可能です。

EARTH VISION The 14th Tokyo Global Environmental Film Festival
Entry Information - Summary -

----------------[Theme and Eligibility]----------------
Any theme related to global environmental issues is acceptable.
<Competition >
Entrants must live in Asia, Oceania or Polynesia. Amateurs are
also welcome. The festival accepts various kinds of films, such
as; feature films, television programs, videos, dramas,
documentaries, animated films and TV commercials made for
educational / industrial / publicity purposes. Entry films must
have been completed in / after 2004. (Please read regulations to
make sure detailed information about entry.)
<Environmental Films for Children>
Entry films must have been created for children. Entrants from any country in any region are accepted. Amateurs are also welcome. (Unlike the Competition category, this new category does not limit participating regions to Asia and Oceania.) There is no limit placed on the kind of films and the year of completion.
Entrants may submit entries to both categories.
----------------[How to Apply & Deadline]----------------
Submit a copy of the film on VHS tape along with an entry form
and two copies of the script with complete dialogue and narration
of the film (in Japanese or English) and still pictures of at
least two different scenes from the entry film. (Please read
regulations to make sure detailed information about entry)
