the car after the trip toのtripは =make a trip beer, take a trip 買いに行く、出かけると言う意味がありそうです。
1st line that lumber lumberとwoodの違いはrefine of wood 何だそうです。
4th line you don't say =Are you kidding,really,you be surprise,
9th line "How to" book は先週もやりましたが、do it your self book のことであり for stupid pepoleやfor dummyなんだそうです。
Nov 11th 1st line enthused=excited,enovolved,crazy

Nov 12th 8th line a much sloppire jobの言い換えは =a lousy job, suspicious job, half assed job, filthy job
> the car after the trip toのtripは=make a trip beer, take a trip 買いに行く、出かけると言う意味がありそうです。
多分ここで言及されていることは、「after a trip to …
あー、make a trip for beer 「ビールを買いにでかける」ですかね。
因みに、make a trip(商用)、take a trip(観光)の傾向があるみたいです。
load the truck (with…)
荷物を目的語とすると、load … onto the truck ⇔ unload … from the truck
> that lumber lumberとwoodの違いはrefine of wood 何だそうです。
> you don't say =Are you kidding, really, you be surprise
It’s used to express surprise, often ironically です。
You’d be surprising me. か I’m surprised.
> "How to" book は、do it your self book のことで、adjective的に使う
> for stupid peopleやfor dummyで...
「ダミー」は、a dummy = a thing that seems to be real but is only a copy of the real thing で
a home improvement center = a depot
なるほど、depot = a place where large amounts of food, goods or equipment are stored
> enthused = excited, enovolved, crazy
be enthused about ≒ be crazy about; be involved in/with はいいとして、
be exited at/about
M.Arch.
> picture = imagine, visualizen、pictureはmore work image
> a much sloppier job = a lousy job, suspicious job, half assed job, filthy job
他に、half-fast と half-assed (= done without care or effort; not well planned) を挙げてましたね。
delay doing something that you should doって意味ですが、
I'm an ultimate procrastinator, you know.
