同僚が、SDSUから5.7マイルの所にあるタウンハウスにてルームメイトを探しています。

Room for rent w/private bath in new townhome in the San Diego area. Neighboring cities are Lemon Grove, National City, and La Mesa. Located 5.7 miles away from SDSU. If SDSU student, carpool is an option and trolley stop is close by (noise is not a problem). Room will be available Sept. 5th or sooner at a rate of $600 per month plus utilities. Flat rate may be an option.

Looking for a responsible female roommate to share my home with that is also clean, friendly and doesn't bring the party home..more of a mature woman. I'm an easy-going person and would like the same in a roommate. Must have a reliable source of income. Must like small dogs. No drugs and no drama. A smoker is negotiable.

More details and pictures of the house/room available upon request.
