2 Tsp Salad Oil 3 Tsp Snipped Parsley 1/2 cup Minced Onions 1 Can (2 ½ cups) Tomatoes 1 lb Chunk ground beef 1 8 ounce Can (224 g) Tomato Sauce 1 clove Minced garlic 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1〜1+1/2Tsp Salt 1/2 lb Lasagna 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper 3/4 lb Mozzarella Cheese 1/4Tsp Oregano 1 lb Ricotta Cheese
Preparation
1)Sauté onions in hot oil until light brown.
2)Add beef and cook until red color is lost. 3)Mix garlic with salt and add pepper, oregano parsley, tomatoes, sauce, and 2 Tsp Parmesan cheese.
4)Simmer, covered for 40 minutes.
5)Refrigerate until final preparation.
6)About 45 minutes before serving, cook lasagna. Drain and cover with cold water.
7)Arrange 1/3 of meat sauce in a baking dish. Cover with a single layer of drained lasagna. Next a layer of mozzarella, repeat with a layer of Ricotta. Sprinkle with 2 tsp Parmesan cheese. Repeat, ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
