CATNIP IN LONDON
@Social
Cocadisco is a free monthly party at The Social,
5 Little Portland Street,
London, W1, 020 7636 4992;
nearest tube: Oxford Circus.
Cocadisco is thrilled to announce the UK live debut of Dutch-Swedish electro-disco legends CATNIP at The Social on Britain’s inaugural “John Peel Day”, Thursday, October 13th.
Catnip is the pairing of Dutch disco deity LEGOWELT and Sweden’s number one electro producer LUKE EARGOGGLE. They don’t get together all that often but when they do the combination is explosive ? so far they’ve released four incredible singles, including “Romance Is The Panther” and “Catacombus” ? and recently ripped apart Scandinavia on tour. This is the first time the two have played together live in the UK. Expect the filthiest beats, the steamiest electro and the craziest vocals.
