Apartment for rent - in the city of Haarlem, very close to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Europe :
● Available starting from 4th of October 2011 (or 1st, 2nd, 3rd of October) until (maximum:) 23rd of November 2011.
● (For your information: this apartment is becoming available for you for rent only in this period, because the owner is going abroad on holidays for 7.5 weeks).
(So, the apartment can be rented, preferably for the full 7 weeks (maximum), but it's also possible to rent it only for 1 month (= minimum), or 5 or 6 weeks, if preferred).
● Location: at a favourable spot near the city centre of Haarlem. (Haarlem is only a 15 minute train ride away from Amsterdam, and by bicycle you can reach the beach of Bloemendaal in only 30 minutes).
● The apartment can be rented by 1 or 2 persons, not more than 2.
● The apartment is completely furnished with all daily needed amenities. It includes:
- A tidy/organized living room with a king size sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, coffeetable, a large computer desk with free unlimited use of DSL cable high speed internet, printer & scanner. Stereo hi-fi set for music may be used if handled with care. Free use of TV and DVD player with small movie library.
- A clean bedroom that includes a king size double bed, suitable for a couple, a large closet (wardrobe), 2 bedside tables. (Bed-linnen needed for use, is also available).
- A clean bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin & tap with hot & cold water, mirror, towel rack. (Please bring your own towels).
- A clean kitchen, fully equipped with 4 gas-stove units for easy cooking, large refrigerator, microwave, tap with hot & cold water, washbasin for dishwashing, washing machine (for clothes), waterboiler for tea-making, sandwich toaster, cupboards with all needed crockery & cutlery, pots & pans, kitchen towels. (All kitchenware are freely available for you to use, including the washing machine).
● Free use of cold & hot water, electricity, kitchen gas and apartment heating. (no extra charges for you).
● Rent charges: - for 1 month: 895 euro, (everything included !)
- for 7 weeks: 1395 euro, (everything included!)
If you choose for 7 weeks, you get 2 bicycles free for use. If you stay only 1 month, you can rent my bicycles for 75 euro per bicycle.
It does not matter if you are alone, or want to stay here as a couple (2 persons maximum), the rent charges are the same.
(You don't need to pay any tax, or any other extra charges or fees).
● Rent payment method: at least half of the rent must be paid upon arrival, the second half ultimately at the end of your stay. The rent can be paid through bank or cash, whatever you prefer.
● Important: You must arrive at the apartment in Haarlem before the 3rd of October 2011, preferably on the 1st or 2nd of October, otherwise the apartment cannot be rented anymore. Best arrival dates are 2nd of October (or 24, 25, 26 September), so you have time to check if you like my apartment, and more chance to be the first person to rent my apartment. (In case you prefer to arrive on the 3rd of October or later, please write me an email to request this as soon as possible!).
The quickest decider will be lucky to rent my apartment. (For your information: hotel rooms in Amsterdam are very expensive).
