Our client is currently searching for a Systems Engineer
The duties of this position will include:
• Provide local language support for Japanese language. 24X7 L1 & L2 support in Japanese and English language for business application-MS technology. • Accepts incidents/requests and Logs the same in the Incident tracking system (MSE) • Initial trouble shooting and resolution • Escalation to the next level in cases not resolved • Do work handover to subsequent shift team to resolve incidents. • Coordinate with the other relevant IT team for problem resolution • Manage the ticket queue by active monitoring and performing necessary actions • Ensure SLA compliance • Perform knowledge management by logging issue resolution. • Perform root cause analysis as and when required and propose changes if required • Resolve error conditions such as data anomalies, functional clarifications, user inquiries, ad hoc inquiries, ad hoc reporting requests • Update MSIT Incident Management Tool ticket once a resolution is identified • Update systems and operations documentation • Flexible to work in shifts, 24 x 7
All qualified candidates will have:
• Microsoft Technologies including .Net, SQL server • Knowledge on ITIL V3 framework. • Knowledge on MOF V4 is a plus • Should possess good analytical and problem solving skills. • Must have experience in Incident management, problem management, change management, release management, configuration management…etc • Knowledge on MSE, PRIMUS, FASTHELP, Remedy ITSM 7.0
