1 - I believe the bags are machine washable so if you would like to try to wash the blue one I will refund you £5 for the inconvenience.
2 - If you no longer want to keep the blue bag, please return this to me and when I get it back I will refund you 50% of the final value and your return postage.
3 - Send both bags back to me and, when I receive them I will refund you for the whole transaction including your return postage.
Ebay have advised that, as I did not specify any returns policy in the listing, I am under no obligation to offer you a refund at all.
I feel I have been kind and understanding in this matter but I feel you have been rude and offensive and also inappropriately demanding.
My final offer to you is that I will send you a refund on both of the bags or nothing at all.
I will also be asking ebay to prevent you from giving me negative feedback as they have now seen all of these emails and advised me that I do not have to give you a refund, so therefore I am already doing my best to be a good honest seller.
Also, given that, from your recent feedback, I can see that you have already purchased an identical bag to the blue spot one so it seems a little suspicious that you should be so desperate to get a refund on this one only.
Please consider my final offer as stated above and let me know whether you would like a refund on both of the bags or not.
Regards

In the event that you are unable to resolve this transaction by
communicating directly with your seller, please file an "Item
Significanly Not As Described" case in the Resolution Centre. eBay
requires a minimum ten-day waiting period after a transaction closes
before a case can be opened. This allows the seller sufficient time to
receive and clear payment, pack and ship the item, and address any of
your questions and concerns.
The Resolution Centre is designed to make communication between buyers
and sellers easier. Once you have completed the resolution process, you
may also be eligible to file a claim under eBay's Standard Purchase
Protection Program. More information on this process can be found on the
following help page:
