I used to have SkyPerfect TV installed in my room but I found that only half the channels worked, there is the option for A or B on my tuner, I could only get one side to work and the other did not. When I phoned Sky Perfect TV customer service they said my machine is broken, but after talking to some other friends in the building they also said they had the same problem! What is wrong with our building and Skyperfect TV to only pickup one of the two satellites?
