Hey! I wanna write some more but I do not know where to start! OK .. from the beginning. In New York, my first groups were High School bands, singing with my best friends playing just guitar, bass and drums. We were called the Belvederes. Around 1964-65. I was aged 17. Then I freaked out. Vietnam and college changed my life and I started in bands again in 1971. Next band was with a bunch of fat Italian brothers called Bruno and the Volksvagens. DooWop group. The drummer was with Big Brother and the Holding Company who backed up Janis Joplin at one time. Then in 1972 it was BS Pully. Stupid name for a stupid group. I played bass, guitar and keyboards and sang. Never played these instruments before. But learned fast. In the group were 2 brothers, I think Miro brothers. One wife and a friend on drums. They lived up in Connecticut, about 2 hours drive. Next band was Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday, English for Mardi Gras (Spanish). Then in 1974 Brooklyn Trash. Then was King Bees. Then I was roadie for New York Dolls in 1974 and then I went to London in February (5th) 1975. Formed the Count Bishops, my name of Broo0klyn street gang and then finally my favourite --- the Cannibals in 1976. (In between, late '75, early '76 was Flying Tigers).
