Dear all,

The Hyogo Joint Summer Session at Sea, a floating University with an accredited system conducted by the Hyogo International Association, is visiting our University on Monday, 4 September from 10am to 2pm. The delegation comprises 87 Japanese students and officials.

A copy of the tentative programme is attached for your information. Students assisting in the tour will be given $5 each for lunch. They will also be invited to the dinner on board the ship that night at 6pm that will end at around 7.30pm.

As the agent needs to apply early for the passes to board the ship and the security at the port is now very tight, students are required to bring along their NRIC or passports in case of security checks.
