We are currently looking for a PR coordinator in a serviced-office provider company
Requirements: English: Fluent Japanese: Fluent Required working experience: over 1 yr (no experience in PR&Marketing is required!)
Salary: 3.5M - 4.5M (depending on skills and experience) Location: Servcorp Lucent and Nikko Shoken (the nearest station is Nagoya St.) Working hours : 08:30AM to 17:30PM, Monday to Friday (There is no real overtime work required)
Day to day responsibilities : Main target is to generate referrals from Real Estate Agencies.
•To visit neighbor tenants ( on other floors in the same building or in the neighbor buildings ) to see their facility managers to generate enquiries •To attend relevant networking events •To organize parties for Real Estate Agencies, clients •To create presentation or promotion materials using PowerPoint •To learn sales pitch of Servcorp office and virtual offices •To assist manager's administration •To assist manager to train her team members
PR person is to be someone who can really represent Servcorp, she needs to be bubbly, smiley, genki, and creative to attract Real Estate. Also we expect her to be multi-tasker because she needs to help managers' administration as well.
