Lowbit Records was formed in early 2008 by Swedish duo Bastards of Funk and Sonic Union.

Together they have released music on labels such as Aurium Recordings,Powerplant Recordings & Commonwealth Recordings and have beengetting support from almost all the major DJ's in the world.

The style of LBR is a mix of tech house / techno and progressive house,all with a funky, dirty and groovy common base. LBRs main focus is torelease material from Bastards of Funk and Sonic Union themselves butalso to find music that really appeals to them, be it from friends ornew artists and put it out there.

LBR001 is scheduled to be released in May/June of 2008 and has already started to cause a buzz in the industry.
