さて、アクションプラン賞受賞者の皆様、また、惜しくも受賞は逃したものの、各委員会投票で見事採択されたアクションプランを立案された皆様、どんな形であれ、このアクションプラン会議に各国代表として参加された皆様、本当に素晴らしかったと思います。しかし、会議での議論は終了致しましたが、アクションプラン模擬国連はまだ終了したわけではありません。本番はこれからですので、共に次への取り組みを行っていきたいと思います。添付資料が各アクションプラン実行委員会に、今後していただきたい大まかな流れとなっております。
代表者を中心に、皆と連絡を取り合い、今後どのようにアクションプランを実行していくか、計画を立ててください。各委員会の参加者全員に、声をかけてください。きっと何か共にアクションをしたいと思っている方がたくさんいらっしゃると思います。もちろん私達、イマジン・ピース実行委員会ができることは喜んでサポートさせていただきます。皆で協力して、Step by Step貧困を削減していきましょう。
Now, we would like to say “Congratulations!” to all distinguished delegates who worked really hard with lots of efforts for making Action Plans. Now, the conference itself is over, however, we want all of you move on to the “Action” part. The attachment file is something we want all the Action Plan Team to do in the next 11months. Each president has to contact other members and make plans. There might be some people in your committee who are also willing to help you to implement the Action Plan. We, Imagine Peace Executive Committee would love to support you as much as we can. Let’s get together and make the actions toward poverty reduction step by step!

Dear All members of Action Plan Team
アクションプラン実行委員会の皆様

１．代表者を中心に、委員会メンバーと連絡を取り合い、1年間の活動計画書を12月15日（土）までに制作してください。提出先は、＜個人情報により割愛＞です。委員会メンバーと連絡を取り合う際に、ウェブサイトのBBSも是非ご利用下さい。
1. Please contact as many members as possible from your committee, and please make an implementation document for your Action Plan. You may also use BBS on our website for sharing information and ideas. Please complete your document by December 15 (Sat) and send it to ***** by attachment.

２．各委員会の、会計担当の方は、アクションプラン実行用の専用口座を開設してください。口座開設は、会計担当の方の個人名義で構いません。今後、募金活動などで、得た資金も全て代表者の責任の下会計担当の方が管理するようにしてください。
2. Please open the bank account for the implementation of your Action Plan. The accountant treasurer will be responsible for this and they may use their own names for the account. Later on, money raised from your own fund- raising have to be stored in the same bank account.


３．年に2〜4回、活動報告レポートを、＜個人情報により割愛＞まで、提出してください。A4サイズで1枚程度のもので構いません。その際に活動風景を撮影した写真を1枚以上添付してください。
3. Please make activities report 2 times or more in the next 11 month and send it to ***** . It doesn’t have to be longer than A4paper, but the photo of your team implementing action plan will be required.

４．主な活動を実施する際は、その3日前までに、必ずイマジン・ピース実行委員会　アクションプラン模擬国連チーム＜個人情報により割愛＞まで、報告してください。
4. Please make sure to let us know at least 3days before you take any main actions.
We may able to help you in some ways and also get Media attentions for your Action Plan.

ということで現在私は非常に困っています。

何に困っているかというと「予想以上の連絡の取れにくさ」にです。
