Thank you for your message. I sant you a message. Did you receive it? I am very perplexed. In a class,I have difficulty in making students fun about learning all kinds of things. They seemed very irritated. It is a very scaring sight.I love them very much. Then I think I want to let them master English. But they cannot seem to understand my thinking. In the class,there is a noisy boy.He is not endowed with a gifted family. He surely let off his stress or rage and so on in school. He speak loudly in a class. He disturbs other students. He is not marvelous at all. I dont know how the others students think about him. What I recently found out is what he is popular person in the class. To be sure,I cant beleve that,but I have no other than I knowledge the fact. Anyway,I am in trouble. I cant explain to you what I am in trouble. You had better ignore. I am going to try to get over by myself at my best.I am happy to teach me how to give students motivation of leaning English,anything or living in vivid next time. I am only talking to myself・・ If you understand what I say, I want you to reply to me. Thank you!

I teach the eighth grader and the seventh grader English. I had recently begun to be a teacher,and I maybe have been scared to see them face to face.I certainly love the students and the education, but I cant have my own confidence as an English teacher and an teacher in junior high school.This is my problem. This is not what I tell you.I am sorry・・

As you say,motivation is very difficult one.I am watching their power of knowledgement now.There is a thing what I noticed.It is what they cant utilize their English yet. For example,they cant write English composition. It is impossible for them to learn communicative English Speaking or listening. I think so. They only have to get more score in English Test. I think they think such a thing."Motivation"is the first beaming and exultant sense.Generally speaking,they can feel the pleasure to learn English when they can communicate with foreigner in English. In fact, I have seen a student who have feeled the pleasure in communnicating in English.I was very impressed at the sight of his aggressive and exciting face.I noticed this!!.But the Japanese I cant give them the raw English.Therefore,my English cant make them fun in English class.Am I very negative? But I try to use the language English every class.But they seem to write the most impotant thing words or grammar ,not speak so much.They seem to need the score for the paper test ,not for practical tactics. What I am saying is contrary to the principle of the Ministry of Education.
I think a junior high school students they need English to pass more higher school examination.They need to go to a higher school to meet people who have moral sense and wise sense. They will have needed English to accomplish to do so.I belive I should secure their close future. I wanna to teach them English for the examination. For my ideal,I wanna give them confidence of English at first. Then I think I should give them motivation to speak and listen actively.Things are procedure. In English, they need the procedure for their growing. I always keep in mind to make them do as they want to do.I am going to grant their request to them in English class. I may be imcompetent teacher.But 22 years old immature I am the best.This is my policy at present. I wanna level up in terms of English and an English teacher for my future students as soon as possible. This makes me very stressed.So I stopped to think about it.

I am sorry for my late reply to you.I was very impressed in your words.I could identify myself with your opinion. I dont know how you are like a person,but I can respect you.I also think I dont like opression. I have thought not to opress students opinion or activities before I have been a teacher. I want to understand them without any words. I wanna receive their opinion and respect them as a human being. In junior high school, it may be difficult. They dont have ever experienced anything, so they dont know what to do next and how to live now. I must teach them everything. In fact, I dont have know about compulsory education and junior high school students. I must reconsider how I am. But I could feel pleasant to junior high school life. They are very dear.

Thank you for your advise.When I read above this , I quite agree with you. But I had been thinking how I should reply to you. I can't find out the way of my own style as an English teacher. As you know, I am a full time worker in junior high school. I can't look on me as a real teacher. So I
can't have pride in the present position. In addition, I think I am sorry to the students. I am going to study hard this summer. I must pass the examination as soon as possible for students.

I also have ideal English class. I wanna make the class very communicatively. It means that students speak and listen English vividly. They learn the joyful of communicating with many people and
have their great wide view. As a resut, they can
make their life better by themself.
What do you think of my wishes?

They ask me why they learn English. Then I could'nt reply to the most important question from them.

Anyway, I must level me up. This is woeful thing, but the fact for me. If you like, would you like me to teach how I should study English every day to raise up my score of TOEIC? I am using the textbook "アメリカの中学教科書で英語を学ぶ published by 林功. I want to score up listening.

I am a leader of vocabulary instruction section in ELEC 同友会英語教育学会、and I also got a doctoral degree from Temple University Japan.

I used to be a high school teacher, but, I teach junior high students at a prep school now.
