毎年１２月３日に行われる秩父夜祭の花火は、世界でも最も壮観のうちの一つといえるでしょう。数時間の間、非常によく編成された花火が、経験したものでないとわからない高揚感をあなたに与えながら夜空に輝き続けます。　　　　　　　　　　

何千人もの人が週末でもない時に東京から見に来る夜祭、今年は３日水曜日の開催です。私達はアースリングスメンバーを当日の間いつでもグリーンハウスに招待したく思います。私達は夜、花火を観に出かけます（７時から１０時位まで）。その後、グリーンハウスに来て一緒にアフターパーティーを楽しみましょう☆

FOOD:　私達が栽培している椎茸が、毎日ものすごい勢いで飛び出さんばかりに生えている　ので、椎茸ステーキが食べられます（とてもおいしい！です）。昨日焼き上げたばかりのデリシャス・クッキー等のいろいろな美味しいものを準備しています。

COSTS:　パーティー入場は無料です。食べ物・飲み物の販売をするのでご利用ください。

　　　　　
　秩父市街で私達と合流する場合は：
　　　　　　　屋台が並んでいる狭い道路の上の所、花火が発火される丘の下の所に 小さい寺が ( http://floatingworldweb.com/EARTHLINGZ/CHICHIBU/HANABI/fireworks.html )あります。　（地図を見てください）。住職は親切な方で、一晩中庭で焚き火が燃えているので、　　寒くてもその廻りに気持ちよく座って花火が見れます。７時半〜１０時位までの花火の最中または後、お寺で合流して、音楽と軽食を楽しみにグリーンハウスに戻りましょう。

Hanabi Afterparty
at The Greenhouse
on Wednesday DEC 3


The fireworks display at the Chichibu Night Festival on Dec 3 of every year is one of the most spectacular in the world. For several hours, incredibly orchestrated fireworks light up the sky, providing a natural psychedelic high that must be experienced to be believed. Thousands of people travel out from Tokyo to see it, even when it occurs in the middle of a week.

This year Dec 3rd is a Wednesday, and we are inviting EarthlingZ to come to the Greenhouse any time during the day. In the evening, we will all go in to Chichibu to see the fireworks (from about 7 till 10). Afterwards, people can either return home from Chichibu, or come back to the Greenhouse for the afterparty.

MUSIC: will be provided by DJ Chris and other musicians who attend.

FOOD: The shiitake we are growing are popping out like crazy now, so shiitake steak will be available, along with other goodies, such as the delicious cookies we just finished baking.

COSTS: There will be no charge for the party itself. Food and drinks will be a la carte.

OR MEET US IN CHICHIBU CITY:

At the top of one of the narrow roads lined with yatai there is a small temple (http://floatingworldweb.com/EARTHLINGZ/CHICHIBU/HANABI/fireworks.html )just below the hill from which the fireworks are launched. The priest is very friendly, and always has a log fire burning in the temple grounds, so even if it is cold, one can quite comfortably sit around the bonfire and view the display.

We will meet at the temple, (http://floatingworldweb.com/EARTHLINGZ/CHICHIBU/HANABI/fireworks.html )and after the fireworks display, which runs from about 7:30 until 10 or so, we will return to the Greenhouse for snacks and music.

CHICHIBU ACCESS: Seibu-Ikebukuro Line from Ikebukuro Station to Seibu-Chichibu Station (about 750 yen, or a bit over 1000 yen if you take the Red Arrow Superexpress). It is about a ten minute walk from the station to the temple. See map.
