こんにちは。契約書の英文を翻訳しなければならないのですが、どうしても下記に文章だけてこずっています。個々の単語の意味は分かるけど、文章全体がつかめません。どなたか協力お願いします。
miscellaneous provisions
a.Waivers
No waiver by either party of any branch of,or of compliance with any condition or provision of this contract by the other party shall be considered a waiver of any other condition or provision of the same
condition or provision at another time.
b.Withholding taxes.
foreigners that are hired under the employment or work pass approvals by the singapore goverment authority must be prepared to have their last month salary withhold by the company to reflect taxes or other changes as required by the singapore law for tax withholding purpose.
