The Comica Festival
Comica is London's annual International Festival of Comics launched in 2003 and hosted at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (www.ica.org.uk) in association with other cultural and educational institutions. Its aims are to raise the adult public's appreciation of and involvement with the best of current comic art and literature and its relationship to all the other artforms and media, and to bring together some of the most significant international graphic novelists, through exhibitions, workshops, master classes, talks, panel discussions, live demonstrations, film screenings, performance and music events.
