Hi! We are looking for a single (Young professional or quiet student) to move into our shared house in Archway (just 2mins from the station). Map is a bit off, we are actually located in Girdlestone Walk.
Room is available from first week of June.
Weekly rent is £120pw, including all bills and council tax.
1 month rent and 1 month deposit are necessary to reserve the room.
It comes furnished with:
- single bed
- wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- desk + chair
The room is decent sized, cosy and silent.
Plenty of storage space available in the house.
More info about the house:
- 4 bedrooms in total (no lounge),
- big kitchen with all mod cons (common space of the house),
- washing machine, 3 new fridges and freezer, cooker, microwave, brand new oven etc.
- 2 toilets and bathroom,
- gas central heating,
- a wireless broadband unlimited download.
Area:
Nearest station is "Archway" (ZONE 2) (1,2 mins walk) also overground "Upper Holloway" station (5mins walk) is closeby,
- 15mins by tube to Oxford Street, 20mins to Bank, Waterloo etc.
- Many buses 24/7 to City & Central - bus 134, N390, 271, 17,43, 41, 263, 4, C11, 210, 91 ,88,N27,174,N274etc.
- As well as the world famous Camden Market just up the road,

We are in our mid 20s originally from Italy, Japan and Spain.
We like to think of ourselves as funny, easy-going and sociable but also like to do our own thing.
We like the occasional big night out and gigs, also into cooking, eating, cinema, trying new things, music and traveling.
We are looking (preferably) for a single professional or quiet student.
Cleanliness and tidiness a must! Also can enjoy the house with the other people. IT'S NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
