先日の夜、私とDaveは車で外出していて、
赤信号で止まっていたところ二人組の男に車を追突させられました。
(意図的にぶつけたんでしょうね、二人組の男。)
Daveは車から降りて、そのうちの１人を殴り倒しました。
警察が駆けつけた時、
彼はその男が地面に倒れているところを殴っているところでした。
(警察は事の成り行きを知らないってことですね。)
なので警察はDaveを「死に至らしめる凶器で暴行を加えた」
という容疑で彼を逮捕し、投獄しました。
もちろん、彼はそんな凶器は全く所持しておらず、
彼はただ私たちの自己防衛の手段としてこの行動にでただけだ、
というのにもかかわらず、です。
私は彼に弁護士を付けるためにあらゆる人に死にものぐるいで
助けを求めている状態です。
これは本当に深刻な負担で、このことにより
彼がしばらくBleed The Dreamのツアーから
離れなければならない状況にもなり得るのですが、
残念ながら彼には自身で弁護士を雇うことができません。
私たちは、彼のための募金を募っています。
1$でもかまいません。
このことは私たち全員にとっても重大で、深刻な問題なんです。
彼の裁判は7月に開かれます。
時間がありません…。

To Everyone,

Hi, this is Shelley Gottlieb, Im not only Scotts (from bleed the dream) sister but Im also Dave Aguileras girlfriend. The other night we were out and we got attacked by 2 guys in my car while sitting at a red light. Dave was pulled out of the car and he ended beating one of the guys up. When the cops arrived at the scene, all they saw was Dave hitting the guy while he was on the ground. So they arrested Dave and charged him with assault with a deadly weapon (even though he had no weapon), all because he was defending our lives. I am asking in desperation for anyone to help us so Dave can get a lawyer. This is a very serious charge and could keep him from touring with the band for a while, Unfortunately he can not afford an attorney on his own. We are trying to raise money for him and anything will help, even a $1. Please this is very serious and would mean so much to us all.
His court date is in July, so we have to move fast...
